We are looking for someone who doesn't just set appointments - we are looking for someone who knows how to build and lead a high-performing lead generation team. About the

Clean H2O Pro's is a fast growing Arizona water treatment company specializing in residential water filtration, softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and in-home water testing. We have a strong reputation, high customer satisification, and established partnerships instide Lowe's locations throughout Arizona.
Resopnsibilities Include but limited to:
Lead by example, show your team and train on how to be successful inside the store Recuriting, coaching, and motivationg team members Improve lead quality and appointment conversion rates Create accountability systems and performance standards Building and managing a team of in-store appointment setters Tracking metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
The Ideal Canidate:
Has experience leading appointment setters, canvassing teams, retail marketing teams, or lead generation departments Can show measurable results from previous roles Understands KPI's, conversion tracking, and team accountablility Is confident training and improving performance Brings energy, leadership, and professionalism Can lead by example Understands customer psychology Wants long-term growth opportunities Experience we
