And we grow together. About the Role We are launching a new branch and hiring a Team Lead responsible for building and scaling a real estate team from the ground up. This is a growth-driven leadership role focused on recruiting, onboarding, developing, and leading agents to production. You will attract aligned talent, establish culture locally, implement company systems, and uphold performance standards that drive measurable results. You are not inheriting a team. You are building one — within the standards and systems of a nationally ranked organization This role is ideal for a high-producing agent or emerging leader ready to transition into building a scalable business within a nationally ranked organization. Key Responsibilities Team Recruitment & Growth Recruit and attract productive and growth-minded real estate agents Conduct interviews and selection conversations in partnership with the recruiting department, aligned with company standards. Establish and reinforce a team culture aligned with The Laughton Team's values of accountability, collaboration, and performance. Establish clear expectations for activity, follow-up, and production Agent Development & Coaching Onboard new agents into company systems and lead platforms Provide structured 1:1 coaching on lead conversion, pipeline growth, and business planning Facilitate sales meetings and skill-building sessions Create development plans for agents at different production levels Provide clarity around minimum performance standards and support agents in meeting them consistently Production & System Execution Drive adoption of Follow Up Boss CRM and lead management systems Implement Zillow Preferred and performance-based lead distribution standards Monitor conversion rates, response times, and production metrics Scale the team through disciplined systems and data-driven leadership
Qualifications Required:
Active Arizona Real Estate License 3+ years of consistent residential real estate production Proven ability to generate business and convert leads Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management Confidence recruiting and influencing other agents
Preferred:
Prior team-building or recruiting experience Experience with Zillow Preferred or performance-based lead programs Coaching, mentorship, or leadership background What Success Looks Like A fully built and producing team within 12-18 months Strong recruiting pipeline of aligned agents High CRM adoption and lead follow-up compliance Consistent production growth across the team Clear culture, standards, and accountability from day one Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health Savings Account Paid time off Leadership development and career advancement opportunities
