Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to customers. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a positive attitude and remain patient when dealing with difficult customers. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Upsell products and services to customers. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in an accurate manner. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
