As we expand our business accounts, we are adding a Entry Level Sales Representative to help strengthen client relationships and support sales initiatives.

Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Provide professional, knowledgeable customer service that supports the sales process and helps businesses and customers select the most effective AT&T solutions. Drive B2B sales growth by assisting with account sales, recommending plan upgrades, educating customers and business owners on devices, and answering account questions that lead to renewed or expanded services. Support the sales team with high-impact presentations and product demos that highlight the value of services, solve business pain points, and move prospects toward a close. Build long-term relationships with business owners and customers through consistent follow-ups, solution-based conversations, and personalized support. Collaborate closely with leadership to develop entry-level sales skills while working toward individual and team sales goals. Stay up to date on any new features that AT&T promotes to be the first to deliver to our customers Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with and assisting others Prior experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or associate style role Interest in an entry-level role with clear opportunities for professional and career development Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn foundational B2B sales skills A positive, personable communication style that enhances the customer experience Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a supportive environment.
