At Nick's Menswear, you will do more than sell clothing—you will help customers look and feel their best during some of the most important moments of their lives. From weddings and first suits to job interviews, promotions, and special events, our Professional Stylists guide customers through the experience with confidence, honesty, and personalized service. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, building relationships, and earning trust. Someone who can make customers feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their decisions. Menswear, tailoring, and fashion experience are not required. We provide the training and tools you need to become an expert in fit, style, and wardrobe building. We can teach you about clothing. What matters most is your ability to connect with people. What You'll Do Build meaningful relationships with customers Learn and follow our proven sales and customer-service process Help customers select clothing for weddings, work, and important life events Provide honest, personalized style and fit recommendations Develop expertise in menswear, tailoring, and wardrobe building Follow up with customers and create long-term relationships Deliver a professional, welcoming, and memorable customer experience Become a trusted advisor—not just another salesperson What We're Looking For A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence starting conversations and working with new people The ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand customer needs Coachability and a willingness to learn Dependability, personal accountability, and attention to detail A professional appearance and polished presence Motivation to grow personally and professionally The ability to work in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment You May Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In Hospitality or luxury hotels Golf or country clubs Fine dining Jewelry or automotive sales Customer-service leadership Consultative sales High-end or specialty retail Experience in these industries is helpful, but it is not required.
