In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our local footprint by developing strong relationships with corporate clients and driving revenue growth through strategic, consultative sales. We look for communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine interest in how businesses operate. We provide the training; you provide the focus. What the Role Actually Looks Like This isn't a call-center job or a high-pressure retail gig. You will manage a local territory here in Mesa, working directly with other professionals to deliver tailored workplace solutions.
Business Development:
Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to generate new business opportunities across the Mesa area.
Consultative Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, meeting with office managers and business owners to assess their physical and technological workplace needs.
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead conversations to close deals that align with client requirements while maximizing revenue potential.
Strategy & CRM:
Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to track sales activities, manage your pipeline, and analyze performance metrics.
Collaboration:
Partner with our internal teams to craft compelling pitches and promotional strategies that resonate with local business decision-makers.
