Position Overview

This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk marketing role. Restore Heroes is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and referral network throughout Arizona. This position is heavily focused on B2B networking, prospecting, and relationship building . You'll spend much of your time out in the field visiting businesses, introducing Restore Heroes to potential referral partners, strengthening existing relationships, attending networking events, and helping us become the go-to restoration company in our market. This role requires someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and confidently representing a fast-growing company. Expect a lot of driving, walking, standing, face-to-face meetings, and consistent outreach. While social media and marketing are part of the role, the primary focus is helping generate new business opportunities and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Business:

Development & Prospecting (Primary Focus) Build and maintain relationships with referral partners including insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, realtors, contractors, and local businesses Perform in-person prospecting and networking throughout the Valley and surrounding areas Develop new partnership opportunities and referral relationships Attend networking events, community events, and marketing activities Deliver marketing materials and maintain regular follow-up with partners Represent Restore Heroes professionally in the community Help increase brand awareness and market presence Marketing & Brand Support Assist with company social media and online presence Capture photos/videos from projects, events, and team activities Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives Help showcase company culture, projects, and community involvement Requirements Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

REQUIRED
