This role is essential to supporting daily operations by managing incoming leads, scheduling appointments, assisting the sales team, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is professional on the phone, quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position also includes administrative and personal assistant-style support for ownership when needed. If you thrive in a team-oriented setting and enjoy helping customers while keeping operations running smoothly, we would love to hear from you. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Duties Answer incoming customer inquiries and respond to leads promptly and professionally Schedule appointments for sales representatives and maintain organized calendars Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and in person Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up Maintain accurate customer information and job details within company systems Assist ownership with organizational and administrative support as needed Coordinate communication between customers, sales staff, and internal departments Help ensure smooth daily office operations in a fast-paced environment Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Follow up with prospective customers and support ongoing sales efforts Skills & Qualifications Strong phone communication and customer service skills Sales support or customer service experience preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software systems Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-moving environment Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Previous office, scheduling, or administrative experience is a plus Why Join Us?
