  • Full-time At GLO30, the front of our studio is more than a check-in counter.
It is the first impression, the lasting impression, and the person who makes every member feel known. We are searching for that person. We are looking for a Sales Lead / Front Host who brings the polish of fine hospitality, the precision of a skilled retail closer, and the genuine warmth that turns first-time guests into long-standing members. This is a role for someone who treats service as a craft and sales as an extension of care.

is a doctor-founded, membership-based skincare studio reinventing how people care for their skin. We have grown to more than 30 studios with over 100 in development because we believe clinical-grade skincare should be routine, not occasional, and approachable, not intimidating. Our members visit us monthly because we deliver visible results paired with an experience that becomes the best part of their week. That experience begins and ends with the person at the front of the studio.
THE ROLE
As Sales Lead / Front Host at our GLO30 Phoenix Arcadia Studio, you are the face, voice, and rhythm of the studio. You welcome every guest by name, conduct skin consultations that feel like genuine conversations, present memberships with confidence and integrity, and keep the studio operating smoothly so our nurses and estheticians can focus on clinical excellence. This is a sales role, and we are direct about that. It is sales conducted through care, anticipation, and education — never pressure. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF
You believe hospitality is a calling, not a checklist. You have served in restaurants, hotels, luxury retail, or other environments where guests returned because of you. You appreciate the art of the close. You do not apologize for sales because you understand what it feels like when someone helps a guest say yes to something genuinely good for them. You remember names, faces, and small details. You have been told you have a gift for this. You are drawn to skincare, wellness, beauty, or self-care, and you are eager to learn the clinical side from our doctors and nurses. You receive feedback the way an athlete receives coaching. You aim to be better tomorrow than you were today. You believe consistency outperforms intensity. Showing up on time, every time, is your baseline.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You view the front of the studio as a place to check people in between phone breaks. This is an active, engaged, eyes-up role. Sales feels uncomfortable to you, or you would prefer not to discuss memberships, pricing, or upgrades with guests. You need a script. We will train you thoroughly on our process and our science, but the warmth and instincts must come from you. Evenings and weekends are deal-breakers. Our members live their lives Monday through Friday, so we are present when they are free. You are looking to coast. GLO30 is growing quickly, and the team that succeeds here moves toward goals, not away from them.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Guest Experience Greet every guest by name within moments of arrival. Make first-time visitors feel like regulars, and make regulars feel known. Lead skin consultations that listen first, educate second, and recommend third — always in that order. Anticipate needs before they are voiced: water, a warm towel, a charging cable, a kind word on a hard day. Membership Sales Convert first-time guests into GLO30 members through honest, education-led conversations. Meet and exceed studio targets for conversion, retention, and add-on sales without ever making a guest feel like a transaction. Handle objections with grace. Follow up with care, not pressure. Retail and Treatment Add-Ons Recommend the right product or treatment add-on for each guest's goals, because results compound.
Know our menu thoroughly:
ToxGLO, Signature GLO30, Clear + Brilliant, microneedling, and retail. We will teach you everything you need to know. Studio Operations Manage check-in, check-out, scheduling, and follow-up with precision. Errors here cost trust. Maintain the studio at presentation standard at all times: clean, calm, well-lit, and on-brand. Coordinate seamlessly with nurses, estheticians, and the studio manager so guests never feel a handoff. Team and Culture Arrive at daily huddles prepared to give and receive energy. Protect the GLO30 standard. If something is off, flag it. If something is broken, fix it or escalate it. Mentor newer team members as you grow. Career paths within GLO30 are real and active: Studio Manager, Regional Trainer, Franchise Operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
Two or more years in hospitality, luxury retail, restaurant front-of-house, hotel concierge, medical spa, or sales. We weigh character and coachability above résumés.
Education:
High school diploma required. College degree appreciated, not required.
Communication:
You write and speak with warmth, clarity, and confidence.
Technology:
Comfortable learning booking, point-of-sale, and CRM platforms (we use Zenoti).
Availability:
Evenings and weekends are part of the role and are not negotiable.
Presentation:
Polished, professional, and on-brand. We are a beauty company, and we look the part.
COMPENSATION
Base Pay:
$20.00
  • $25.
00 per hour, based on experience.
Commission:
Uncapped commission on memberships, retail, and treatment upgrades.
Bonus:
Studio performance bonuses and recognition programs.
