We are looking for closers who want real money, real support, and real control over what they build. What This Role Actually Is This is a Sales and Project Ownership position. You are not just a salesperson who hands off a deal and hopes for the best. You own the customer relationship and the outcome from the first knock to the final invoice. Your responsibilities include generating your own leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking; running roof inspections and documenting findings; presenting solutions and closing deals; setting clear expectations with homeowners; and managing communication throughout each project from contract to completion. You will not be doing this alone. Zona Roofing provides a dedicated Production Manager to handle job execution, full admin support for backend operations and paperwork, and a CRM system to keep everything organized and trackable. You own the relationship and the result. We handle the process behind the scenes. Compensation We pay based on production, not promises.

The structure is straightforward:

a recoverable draw against a high commission rate, paid after job completion. Your draw is deducted from earned commissions as you close and complete jobs. This is a performance-based role built for people who want their income to reflect their effort. The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no ceiling, no politics, and no one splitting your commissions without adding value. Exact commission details will be discussed during the interview process. What You Will Be Doing Day to Day Prospecting and generating your own opportunities in targeted areas, performing roof inspections and presenting findings, closing deals and setting proper homeowner expectations, maintaining consistent follow-up throughout every stage of a project, and collaborating with production and admin to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. What We Are Looking For Required qualifications include proven roofing sales experience with results to back it up, demonstrated ability to close deals consistently, comfort and confidence generating your own leads without relying on company-provided opportunities, strong follow-up habits and communication skills, the physical ability to climb roofs and conduct inspections, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
