Sales Representative

Team Up Athletics Tucson is expanding, and we're looking for a driven, sports‑minded Sales Representative to grow our presence across Southern Arizona. If you thrive in competitive environments, love connecting with coaches and athletic programs, and have the energy to build your own book of business, this role is built for you. About the Role As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with youth leagues, club programs, high schools, and athletic organizations to provide uniforms, gear, and custom team solutions. This is a 1099 commission‑only position , ideal for a self‑starter who wants unlimited earning potential and the freedom to run their own territory. What You'll Do Build and manage relationships with coaches, athletic directors, club directors, and league organizers Prospect new accounts across Southern Arizona (Tucson, Vail, Sahuarita, Marana, Sierra Vista, Nogales, etc.) Present uniform packages, spirit wear, equipment, and custom team solutions Attend games, tournaments, and community sports events to network and generate leads Manage your sales pipeline from first contact to delivery Represent Team Up Athletics with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for sports What We're Looking For Sports‑minded individual with experience in youth, club, or school athletics (coach, parent volunteer, former athlete, trainer, etc.) Energetic go‑getter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals Self‑starter who can manage their own schedule and territory Sales experience preferred , but strong sports connections and hustle can be just as valuable Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Southern Arizona Why This Role Is a Great Fit Unlimited commission potential Flexible schedule —work around games, practices, and events Perfect for someone already involved in the local sports community Backed by a trusted brand with strong product offerings You get to help teams look and feel their best Ideal Candidates Might Be Current or former coaches Club directors or team managers Former athletes with strong local connections Individuals with sales experience in apparel, equipment, or community‑based industries Anyone who loves sports and wants to turn that passion into income
