Description of the role: Findlay Subaru Prescott is seeking an Sales Consultant/Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while offering in-depth knowledge of our automotive products. This position involves actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing recommendations, and ultimately facilitating the sale of vehicles while delivering a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their specific automotive needs and preferences Provide detailed product information and demonstrations Close sale and achieve monthly sales goals Offer test drives and facilitate vehicle sales Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions Maintain relationships with existing customers and cultivate new leads

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets/goals Valid driver's license and clean driving record
