About Yavapai Landscaping Yavapai Landscaping is a licensed Arizona contractor serving Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey, Chino Valley, Sedona and the surrounding area. Founded in 2014 by owner Nathan Green, a retired firefighter, the company designs and builds outdoor living spaces, pools, hardscape and irrigation, maintains properties year round, provides pest control and wildfire defensible space work, and supplies landscape materials. Our customers range from homeowners to hotels, schools and municipalities. About the role The Inside Sales Representative builds Yavapai's pipeline by phone. Most of your day is outbound calling: cold prospecting campaigns to new homeowners, businesses and communities across the Prescott area, and warm campaigns to past leads and existing customers who already know us. You start conversations, qualify the real opportunities, and book site visits for our estimators and designers. This is a high activity phone role with daily call goals. Yavapai also receives over many inbound calls on a typical day, and you will help cover inbound leads, but outbound calling is the core of the job and how your success is measured. What you will do Run cold prospecting campaigns. Call targeted lists of homeowners, HOAs, property managers, churches, schools, businesses and large acreage owners, using our playbooks and scripts for each segment, such as wildfire defensible space, outdoor living, lighting compliance and maintenance. Run warm campaigns. Call past leads who never received an estimate, customers with open or stalled estimates, past customers due for seasonal or follow on work, maintenance customers who could add services, and happy customers for referrals. Qualify every conversation. Use our ANUM standard (Authority, Need, Urgency, Money) to understand the project, decision maker, timing and budget, and record it in Pipedrive. Book site visits. Set on site evaluations and design consultations for the field sales team, confirm appointments, and hand off a complete record so nobody asks the customer the same questions twice. Follow up until there is an answer. Work multi touch sequences by phone, voicemail, text and email, and keep following up on estimates until they are accepted or closed out with a reason. Build and work lists. Research prospects and contacts, clean and build call lists from Pipedrive, QuickBooks and prospecting tools, and keep do not call requests and opt outs current. Keep Pipedrive accurate. Log every dial, conversation, voicemail, text and email as an activity, record lead source on every new lead, and keep stages and next steps current. Cover inbound when needed. Answer inbound calls and respond to web, social and referral leads quickly when the queue needs help, and route service and billing questions to the right person. How success is measured Daily outbound activity Site visits booked per week from outbound campaigns Qualified pipeline created per month, and the share that converts to estimates and signed work Warm campaign coverage: every assigned past lead and customer contacted within the campaign window Activities logged in Pipedrive the same day, with no open lead left without a next step for more than 7 days Compliance with calling rules and opt out requests on every campaign What you bring At least 1 year of outbound phone sales, such as cold calling, appointment setting, inside sales or business development, with daily activity goals Comfort and persistence on the phone: you can make a high volume of calls, handle rejection, and still sound like yourself on the next dial The confidence to ask good questions, handle objections and ask for the appointment Organized and dependable with follow up; you do not let leads go quiet Comfortable with a CRM, email, texting and a computer all day; able to learn Pipedrive, RingCentral and QuickBooks Clear written communication for texts and emails to prospects and customers High school diploma or equivalent Nice to have Experience selling home services, landscaping, construction, pools or another trade Experience with Pipedrive, RingCentral, Apollo.io or other prospecting tools Familiarity with telemarketing rules, such as Do Not Call lists and calling hour limits Spanish and English fluency Knowledge of the Prescott area, its neighborhoods, HOAs and wildfire concerns Working conditions Office based role. Requires extended periods at a desk on the phone using a computer and headset, with a high daily call volume. Occasional visits to job sites and community events may be requested.
