Key Responsibilities:

In-Home Sales:

Engage with customers in their homes, evaluate their equipment, and propose optimal HVAC solutions.

Sales Strategy:

Harness an in-depth understanding of our services, ensuring a consistent up-sale approach and achieving targeted per-ticket sales prices.

Customer Interaction:

Work closely with the sales coordinator post-sale to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Continuous Learning:

Attend mandatory staff training and meetings, and stay updated on product offerings and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in sales.

Technical Knowledge:

Sound understanding of HVAC systems and in-home consultation.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service:

Superior customer service abilities with a client-first mindset.

Independence:

Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency with Service Titan CRM.
