Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Expected $80k - $150k+ OTE) Position Overview Are you a car enthusiast with a killer instinct for sales? Do you know the difference between a flow-formed wheel and a 3-piece forged wheel, or why a client would choose a King coilover over a spacer lift? We are Arizona's premier high-end vehicle customization facility, catering to luxury, exotic, and premium off-road clientele. We are seeking a Luxury Automotive Customization Sales Specialist to guide our high-net-worth clients through the process of building their dream vehicles. This isn't high-pressure dealership sales; this is consultative styling and performance engineering. You will be building relationships, designing high-end builds (wheels, tires, lift kits, and accessories), and delivering a white-glove customer experience from initial consultation to the final reveal.
Key Responsibilities Consultative Styling & Sales:
Greet affluent clients, understand their vision, and guide them through selecting premium wheel, tire, and suspension packages that match their aesthetic and performance goals.
Fitment & Build Engineering:
Utilize industry knowledge to calculate correct wheel offsets, tire clearances, and suspension heights, ensuring a flawless fitment before the build hits the shop floor.
Quote & Pipeline Management:
Create detailed, accurate build quotes, source high-end parts from vendors, and follow up diligently with leads via phone, email, and CRM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the bridge between the client and our elite build technicians, translating the client's vision into clear, actionable build sheets for the shop.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain a high-end customer portfolio, providing build updates, hosting vehicle delivery "reveals," and fostering long-term loyalty for future vehicles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of successful sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, high-end wheel/tire industry, or luxury automotive space. Deep knowledge of premium aftermarket brands (e.g., HRE, Forgiato, Fuel, Fox, King, Icon, BDS) and vehicle suspension/fitment concepts. Proven track record of closing high-dollar deals ($3,000 to $15,000+ per invoice) and meeting monthly revenue targets. Familiarity with automotive shop management software or modern CRM tools. Spanish speaking a plus
Communication & Attributes:
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical luxury buyers. High emotional intelligence (EQ)—you know how to read a room, handle demanding clients with grace, and maintain a professional, sophisticated demeanor. High attention to detail; a single wrong offset or missing bracket can derail a build, so accuracy in ordering is paramount.
