Duties Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via digital channels to promote products and services effectively Develop a deep understanding of pricing strategies to offer competitive and profitable solutions Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant options confidently Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships Use strong communication skills to clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing details Assist with route planning and organization to ensure timely deliveries and optimal coverage of sales territories Perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle inventory or merchandise during deliveries or restocking efforts Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route details for reporting purposes Apply organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, schedules, and inventory levels effectively Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a focus on relationship building and upselling techniques Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins accurately Knowledge of route driving, merchandising, and heavy lifting tasks required for daily operations Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily responsibilities Organizational skills to manage multiple routes, schedules, and inventory efficiently Experience in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities Join us as a Sales Representative where your energy fuels growth!
