Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and contributing to overall sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential referral leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media Collaborate as part of the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up Attend industry trade shows and events to network and build relationships with clients and community managers

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Efficient with MS Office and Outlook A valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools (preferred)
