Job Description

Summary We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on partner development and outbound prospecting. This is a top-of-funnel sales role responsible for identifying and engaging SaaS companies that could benefit from partnering with eSquared. You will research target accounts, execute outbound outreach campaigns, and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leadership. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, partnerships, or account management. We value coachability, work ethic, and communication skills over years of experience. You will not be responsible for closing deals. Your success will be measured by activity, consistency, and meetings generated.
Minimum Qualifications:
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including: Recent college graduates (ASU candidates encouraged) Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Comfortable making outbound calls Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Acumatica Experience with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or customer-facing experience Career changers with strong communication skills and proven work ethic Who You Are Coachable and open to feedback Comfortable communicating with new people daily Resilient and persistent in outbound environments Organized and self-motivated Interested in building a long-term sales career Curious about how businesses operate and scale What You'll Do Execute outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn Conduct account research and identify decision-makers within target SaaS organizations Schedule qualified meetings for the VP of Sales and senior account leaders Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking Follow structured outreach cadences and prospecting sequences Report weekly on outreach activity and top-of-funnel KPIs Collaborate closely with leadership on pipeline development strategy

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
