Busch Vacuum Solutions is a leading manufacturer of vacuum pumps, compressors, and blowers for use in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, food processing, metallurgy, biomedical, and material handling. Position Summary The Sales Support Specialist (SSS) drives revenue by supporting Inside Sales Engineers. With a strong customer service focus, the SSS responds to inbound inquiries, collects customer data, generates quotations, and provides general administrative support to Inside Sales Engineers. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention and maximizing revenue. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales Growth Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests via phone, email, and web sources. Generate and follow up on sales quotations. Quoting & CRM Excellence Generate accurate and timely quotes using SAP/CRM. Log all customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes in CRM to ensure transparency and forecast accuracy. Collaboration Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and fulfillment of Busch Group products. Customer Education & Relationship Building Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up. Process Improvement & Feedback Provide input to refine workflow, quoting processes, and customer communication best practices. Share customer insights with Marketing and Product Marketing Managers to improve Busch product offerings and promotions. Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales or customer support experience (or comparable experience) preferred, ideally in industrial equipment or services. Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP. Clear communication skills with an ability to explain technical service offerings in customer-friendly terms.
