Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative Family-Owned Epoxy Flooring Supply Company We are a growing, family-owned business that has proudly served the epoxy flooring industry for over 15 years. With 4 locations and a strong reputation for customer service, we are looking for a motivated and dependable Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and taking ownership of their work environment. The candidate will manage and operate their own store location while helping customers with products, orders, and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with epoxy flooring products and supplies Load customer orders and provide excellent customer service Process sales transactions and payments Maintain inventory and help keep the store organized Build relationships with contractors and repeat customers Help grow sales within your location

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and dependable Ability to multitask and stay organized Sales experience is a plus, but not required Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and grow with the company
