Job Description

Tax Hardship Center is a fast-growing national tax resolution firm helping individuals resolve IRS debt and get back on track financially. We are expanding our in-house sales team and looking for a high-performing closer who thrives in a structured, inbound sales environment. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be speaking with pre-qualified prospects who are actively seeking help—your job is to build trust, assess their situation, and confidently guide them into the right resolution program. Top performers in this role come from industries where trust, urgency, and financial decision-making are critical. What You'll Do Handle a high volume of inbound, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) Conduct consultative sales calls with individuals facing IRS or tax-related issues Clearly explain service options, pricing, and next steps Close new business while maintaining strong ethics and compliance standards Follow up consistently with warm prospects to maximize conversion Collect and review client financial information and documentation Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot or similar) Hit and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets Who Succeeds in This Role We've found top performers often come from: Mortgage and lending (loan officers, processors with sales exposure) Debt settlement or credit repair Tax resolution or tax prep firms Financial services (insurance, advisory, etc.) High-volume inbound sales environments (legal, home services, etc.) If you've sold to consumers making important financial decisions—and know how to build trust quickly—you'll likely do very well here. What We're Looking For 1+ year of closing experience in a phone-based sales role (inbound preferred) Strong ability to build rapport and handle sensitive financial conversations Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Comfortable handling 30-50+ calls per day CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Highly organized and detail-oriented Coachable, competitive, and performance-driven Schedule & Location Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM In-office role in Westlake Village, CA Benefits Paid time off Growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling company High earning potential with uncapped commissions Why Join Tax Hardship Center?
