You'll own accurate order management, sharp demand forecasting, and the kind of proactive customer service that keeps wholesale and retail accounts coming back. What You'll Do Enter orders accurately and on time into our ERP system, following Firebrand's business requirements. Partner with production and logistics teams to ensure every order is fulfilled correctly and delivered on schedule. Build strong customer relationships with timely updates on order status, quick issue resolution, and reliable ongoing support. Run daily and weekly demand planning and forecasting by account and store location to optimize inventory and supply-chain efficiency. Monitor sales performance, customer activity, and product trends — surfacing risks and opportunities to leadership before they become problems. Analyze large data sets to uncover insights, build reports on demand and sales patterns, and support tactical decisions across operations, production, and finance. Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors, using tools like Slack for order updates, escalations, and cross-functional handoffs. Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement aligned with Firebrand's mission. What You Bring Required 2 years of experience in sales operations, demand planning, customer service, or order management. Proven experience supporting sales, customer service, or operations teams in a fast-paced, multi-account environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Consistently punctual and reliable, with dependable transportation. 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States. Nice to Have Bilingual English / Spanish. Experience in the food, wholesale, or perishables industry. Familiarity with Slack for team communication and cross-functional coordination.
