This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email and knows how to turn online inquiries into appointments and vehicle sales. If you're competitive, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and customer inquiries Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and other digital platforms Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs Schedule and confirm dealership appointments Follow up consistently with new and existing leads Assist customers throughout the vehicle-shopping and purchasing process Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM Work closely with sales managers and other departments to provide an excellent customer experience Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and promotions Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals What We're Looking For Automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently Ability to communicate professionally through phone, text, and email Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable learning and using dealership CRM and digital sales tools Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be available to work weekends and holidays Why Join Wondries Toyota?
