Job Description

ORANGE COUNTY- Fence Sales Representative - CalCoast Fencing CalCoast Fencing is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Representatives to perform in-home fence estimates, specializing in aluminum vinyl and composite fencing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments Conduct on-site measurements and provide accurate estimates Recommend suitable fencing products based on customer needs Close sales during appointments Perform timely follow-ups with potential clients to secure deals and maintain relationships
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (home improvement industry preferred) Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent closing and negotiation abilities Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
Commission-based pay (10%+ per deal) Earning potential of $8,000-$30,000+ per month

We provide two weeks of structured training to help you learn our products, sales process, customer communication standards, and how to prepare and present estimates. After training, you will be expected to communicate professionally with customers, follow up consistently, and work toward closing sales.

$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
