Our yard is stocked, we deliver same or next day, and we sell to the trade at the lowest contractor pricing in the market. We don't install. Every homeowner who calls us for a lawn gets handed to a contractor who buys from us. You'll report directly to the two owners. No regional manager, no quota reset from corporate, no waiting a week for a pricing answer. The job This is a hunter role. Most of your day is in the field opening contractor accounts and growing the ones we hand you. Open new landscaper, installer, pool, hardscape, and GC accounts across the SGV, East LA County, IE/Riverside County, and any other new territories in OC, San Diego, San Jose, etc. Cold-walk jobsites, contractor yards, and supply houses with samples and a price sheet Quote fast, get the order in, and make sure the delivery lands right Bring homeowner leads to your accounts through our installer referral program Log every contact and follow-up — we run on numbers, and we'll show you yours How the money works $48,000 base salary 3% commission on every new account for its first 12 months 1% on the existing accounts we assign you, plus 3% on any growth you drive above their baseline $250 bonus for each new account that hits 10 rolls in its first 90 days Mileage and phone covered Open a few accounts a month and year one lands around $85-95k. Strong reps clear $100k. Commission is uncapped, and the base is there so you can build the right way instead of chasing this week's check. Who we want 2+ years selling to contractors: landscape or irrigation supply, turf distribution, building materials, pavers, sod, or equipment rental An existing book of contractor relationships in the SGV / East LA / Inland Empire — this is a requirement, not a plus Comfortable walking onto a jobsite cold and disciplined about following up Spanish-speaking strongly preferred Valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle, clean record Why reps win here The lowest contractor pricing on quality turf.
