You want part‑time, not a 9-5 - think 10-20 hours/week, mostly afternoon/evenings and/or weekends. You're self‑motivated, professional, and driven by commission, not hourly. You enjoy working with homeowners and business owners, walking them through a solution that truly upgrades their space. What You'll Do… Run pre‑set residential and commercial appointments (no door‑knocking; self‑gen leads encouraged). Perform in‑home or on‑site estimates using our proven sales process. Educate customers on Husky Coatings systems, warranties, and value. Close deals and hit monthly revenue targets based on your agreed‑upon schedule. Track sales activity and follow up with open estimates. Represent the Husky brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule & Commitment Part‑time role built around homeowner availability.

Typical schedule:

2-4 evenings per week and 1 weekend day, set in advance. Flexible within that framework; appointments are booked for you based on your availability. Compensation & What We Offer Commission‑only pay with uncapped earning potential. Part‑time closers in similar home services roles commonly earn $2,000-$6,000+ per month, depending on appointments run and close rate. Mileage reimbursement for appointments. Paid training on our products, process, and tools. Leads provided through marketing and inbound calls. Ongoing sales coaching and support.
