Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet and Countertop Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the key driver in guiding clients through the selection, customization, and purchase of cabinetry and countertops for residential and commercial projects. Your enthusiasm for design, construction knowledge, and excellent customer service skills will ensure each client's vision becomes a reality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise helps transform spaces with beautiful, functional cabinetry and countertops. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and project specifications for cabinets and countertops. Provide expert advice on product options, materials, finishes, and installation processes. Prepare detailed estimates, quotes, and proposals based on project scope and client requirements. Assist clients throughout the sales process from initial consultation to final purchase, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, new products, and technological tools such as Bluebeam for project documentation. Qualifications Proven experience in cabinet sales, construction management, or related fields with a strong understanding of building materials. Familiarity with Quizbook and construction design software is a plus Proficiency in schematics interpretation and fabrication techniques for custom cabinetry and countertops. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly to clients and team members. Nice-to-have skills include experience with reading blue print and all measurements.
