Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Drive company vehicles along designated routes to deliver products, merchandise, or promotional materials efficiently and safely Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, pricing options, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route deliveries, and customer interactions for reporting purposes Conduct merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive and aligned with company standards Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat business Perform heavy lifting when handling inventory or merchandise and ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; military background is a plus for discipline and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales transactions Ability to perform route driving efficiently while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of merchandising techniques and the ability to upsell products effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing physical tasks throughout the workday Organizational skills necessary for route planning, time management, and record keeping Join us as a Sales Representative where your energy fuels success!
