• 5:00pm 【Hiring Syle】 Direct hiring, Full-time Responsibilities Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Communicate with customers regarding order information, prices, shipping dates, delays, and issues. Communicate and coordinate with our production team for order fulfillment to complete orders. Workorder creation, Invoicing & Follow-ups Management including some customer specific requirements. Additional administrative support as needed

Shipment Duties:

Shipment Documents Management including verifying shipping documents such as BOLs. As needed, arrange Trucks for pickup & deliveries; get quotations from our designated brokers. Qualifications Physical Requirements Able to sit for extended periods of time Ability to type and use the computer for extended periods of time. Other Requirements Basic level English required

• read/write/speak/listen Basic level Japanese preferred
• read/write/speak/listen Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload Invoice, Quickbooks, and bookkeeping knowledge
