Job responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty Conduct cold calling and lead generation to identify and engage new schools, teams, and organizations in need of custom sportswear Perform engaging product demonstrations to showcase Healong's range of custom sportswear, tailing representations to meet each client's needs Manage any existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications and account status Stay updated on industry trends Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales target Represent Healong Sportswear professionally at trade shows, tournaments, and industry events Experience needed: At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management or customer facing sales roles Previous experience selling sportswear, apparel, or team merchandising is
