In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering products efficiently and professionally to retail stores and customers, ensuring optimal product placement, excellent customer service, and sales growth. Your ability to manage routes effectively, communicate clearly, and upsell products will drive success in this fast-paced environment. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload merchandise, performing heavy lifting as needed to ensure timely delivery Conduct route driving efficiently, optimizing delivery schedules for maximum productivity Engage with customers professionally, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly Upsell additional products or promotions to increase sales volume during deliveries Maintain accurate delivery records, route logs, and inventory documentation Merchandize products at retail locations according to company standards, ensuring attractive displays and proper placement Communicate effectively with dispatch and store personnel regarding delivery status or issues Experience Prior experience in route sales or DSD roles is highly preferred; strong commercial driving skills are essential Knowledge of pricing strategies and basic math for handling transactions and inventory counts Demonstrated ability in upselling and sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and complete paperwork accurately Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day Military experience in logistics or driving roles is a plus but not required; a disciplined approach is valued highly Join us if you're ready to energize your career with a role that combines driving excellence, customer service mastery, and sales success!
