The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with corporate clients, groups, and hotel guests. Responsibilities Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales activities and administrative support Respond to sales inquiries and follow up with potential clients Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and other sales documents Coordinate group reservations, meetings, and special events Maintain accurate client and sales records Communicate with Front Office, Operations, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments regarding group and client needs Assist with client site tours and hotel presentations Follow up on leads, contracts, room blocks, and upcoming groups Maintain professional relationships with corporate and group clients Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Qualifications Previous hotel, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience preferred Hotel Sales Coordinator experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Professional phone and email communication Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with hotel PMS, sales, or CRM systems is preferred Schedule Full-time position. Monday through Friday is the primary schedule, with occasional flexibility based on hotel business needs. Compensation $26.00-$32.00 per hour , depending on hotel sales experience and qualifications. We are looking for a dependable team member who enjoys hospitality, customer service, and building strong client relationships.
