Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, networking, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain referral sources Generate and close new leads Conduct outreach including cold calling and networking Plan and attend community events Track performance and submit weekly reports Manage your own schedule and territory
Skills & Qualifications:
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach Strong relationship-building and networking skills Excellent time management and organization Confident communicator with public speaking ability Results-oriented, assertive, and competitive Ability to handle rejection professionally
Requirements:
Sales/marketing experience or marketing degree Healthcare experience is a plus (not required) Valid driver's license (mileage reimbursed) Full-time availability
