You will build relationships with real estate agents, work company-provided leads (about three per day), and self-generate through door-knocking around active job sites.
Compensation:
$16.50/hour base (California minimum) plus 10% commission on every sale, with an average project around $12,500 and strong earning potential for a proven closer.
