We're looking for an energetic, self motivated professional who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, giving presentations, and developing new business opportunities. This is not a desk job. You'll spend time in the office, on the road, at customer meetings, project sites, and presentations throughout Southern California. What You'll Be Doing Prospecting and building your own pipeline Cold calling and following up on leads Building relationships with schools, cities, churches, contractors, preschools, and community organizations Conducting presentations and meetings Traveling throughout Southern California for customer visits and site meetings Managing leads and opportunities in CRM Staying organized with outreach, follow-ups, and project details Learning cooperative purchasing programs and helping customers navigate the purchasing process Turning opportunities into signed contracts What We're Looking For Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable speaking with groups and decision-makers Self-motivated and goal-oriented Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities Positive attitude and professional appearance Comfortable spending significant time driving throughout Southern California Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Experience in sales, construction, education, recreation, parks, architecture, or related industries is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone with energy, initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
