Job Description

Position Summary Konnected Concepts is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our growing Enterprise Mobility, IoT, and Managed Services business. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, preparing quotes and proposals, and helping drive revenue growth through proactive sales engagement. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, referrals, and partner relationships. Follow up on inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Schedule meetings and discovery calls for senior sales leadership. Identify customer business challenges and recommend appropriate mobility, connectivity, IoT, and managed service solutions. Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM systems. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities progress through each stage of the sales process. Coordinate with carrier partners, distributors, vendors, and internal operations teams to support customer requirements. Assist customers with pricing requests, product availability, and solution recommendations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity and revenue targets. Stay informed on industry trends, wireless technologies, IoT solutions, and competitive offerings. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales, business development, account management, or related sales experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships. Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting virtual meetings. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed goals. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling wireless, telecom, mobility, IoT, SaaS, or managed services solutions. Knowledge of Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or enterprise mobility solutions. Experience working with channel partners and distributors. Technical aptitude and ability to understand connectivity and networking solutions.
