This role combines customer service, membership support, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced fitness studio environment. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner Assist prospective members with class bookings and membership information Follow up with inquiries, trial guests, and existing members by phone, text, or email Support membership sales and studio promotions Process class check-ins and assist with retail purchases Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common studio areas Help create a positive and community-focused studio atmosphere Assist with general studio operations as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or sales is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable, organized, and professional Evening availability preferred Interest in fitness and wellness is a plus Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay plus uncapped commission opportunities Employee membership benefits Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement Supportive and energetic team environment Benefits 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule
