Car Sales Consultant

Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs. Negotiate terms, financing options, and pricing to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain detailed sales records. Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages to maximize revenue. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to refine sales strategies. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively. Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control procedures, and retail math principles. Outstanding customer service skills and a professional demeanor during public speaking engagements or presentations. Ability to cold call prospects confidently while maintaining positive phone etiquette.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
