About Brightshield Brightshield is a fast-growing home improvement company specializing in solar energy, HVAC, and roofing solutions . We help homeowners improve comfort, lower utility costs, and increase property value through high-quality products and an honest, consultative sales approach. Position Overview We are hiring Home Improvement Sales Consultants to represent Brightshield in the field. This is a 100% commission-based sales role designed for motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potential and the ability to sell multiple high-demand home improvement products . This role goes beyond solar — you will consult homeowners on solar, HVAC, and roofing solutions , allowing you to maximize earnings per appointment while genuinely helping customers improve their homes. This position is commission-only. There is no base salary. Top performers earn significantly above industry averages.
Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through canvassing, referrals, events, and networking Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess homeowner needs Present customized solutions across solar, HVAC, and roofing Clearly explain products, pricing, and financing options Build trust and guide customers through the full sales process Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects Stay informed on products, incentives, and industry trends Qualifications Previous sales experience in home improvement, solar, HVAC, roofing, or related fields preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-only role Ability to explain technical information in a simple, customer-friendly way Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & What We Offer 100% commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential Multiple product lines to increase deal size and close rate Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities Comprehensive training and ongoing sales support Clear path for growth into leadership or management roles The opportunity to help homeowners save money and improve their homes Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for: Experienced commission-based sales professionals Solar, HVAC, or roofing reps looking to increase earnings Competitive, driven individuals comfortable betting on themselves If you're motivated, coachable, and want control over your income , Brightshield offers the tools, products, and support to succeed
