We are NOT looking for a stereotypical "salesperson." We are looking for someone who is: hardworking coachable competitive organized resilient hungry to grow This full-time role is ideal for someone who wants to build a real sales career and is willing to learn, improve, and put in consistent effort every day. You do NOT need prior sales experience to succeed here. Some of our best performers started with little or no sales background — but they were willing to learn and work hard. What You'll Do Build relationships with bike shops, outdoor retailers, and business owners Research leads, make outbound calls and follow-ups daily Manage dealer accounts and opportunities in CRM Help grow Mokwheel's nationwide dealer network Learn consultative B2B sales strategies Work directly with leadership and receive hands-on coaching What We're Looking For Must-Have Traits Strong work ethic Positive attitude Comfortable talking to people Coachable and open to feedback Organized and consistent Self-motivated Able to handle rejection and stay persistent This Role Is NOT For You If You avoid phone calls or follow-ups You dislike performance goals You want a comfortable 8 hr job Compensation Base salary + commission Performance growth opportunities Long-term career development Training provided Why Mokwheel?
