Junior Sales Representative

Who We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Comfortable talking with customers and building relationships Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Computer literate and comfortable learning CRM and sales tools Willing and able to travel up to 25% Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required Interest in electric bikes, outdoor lifestyle, or mobility products is a plus You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced sales leadership to help you develop your skills and succeed. What You'll Do Support the development and management of dealer and business accounts Assist with identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities Represent Mokwheel professionally with dealers and partners Learn and apply sales strategies to help grow the business Collaborate with leadership and teammates in a team-oriented environment Help drive Mokwheel's expansion in the fast-growing electric bike market Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay + commission opportunities Employee discounts Paid training Professional development assistance Travel reimbursement
