Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing & Business Development Representative to support our continued growth. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, assisting with event execution, and helping build and promote the Advantage brand throughout the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, motivated professional who enjoys working with a variety of people, providing outstanding customer service, and building a long-term career in marketing and business development. Duties

• Support sales and marketing objectives to expand brand awareness and generate leads
• Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve individual and company sales goals
• Conduct field marketing, job site visits, and client meetings throughout Southern California
• Assist with cold calling, emailing, and office visits to prospective and existing clients
• Help plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and industry events
• Create and maintain marketing materials, advertisements, and presentations
• Manage social media posting and assist with industry-related content creation
• Maintain marketing data and inventories of branded apparel and promotional items
• Support internal and external presentations as needed Required Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and attend events
• Proficiency with Office 365 and social media platforms
• Ability to set up and break down event materials (physical activity required)
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive, energetic, "can-do" attitude with a desire to grow
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Willingness to travel overnight 2-3 times per year
• Commitment to company policies, including refraining from drinking and driving
