What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Identify customer needs and recommend personalized Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and community engagement Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads, appointments, and follow-up activities Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives and marketing strategies Support team development efforts through knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, sales execution, and leadership development Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities Monday-Friday schedule Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship Support for obtaining Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses Career growth and leadership development opportunities Hands-on experience with sales strategy, team collaboration, and business development The support and resources of a nationally recognized insurance brand What We're Looking For Previous experience in sales, customer service, leadership, management, or business development preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a high level of accountability Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Coachable and open to feedback Confident engaging with new people and motivating others Interest in long-term career growth and leadership development Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, if required About the District Office of Joshua Sharp We are committed to helping professionals from diverse backgrounds grow through mentorship, training, and real-world business experience.
