Volkswagen of Clovis is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. Whether you already have automotive sales experience or are looking to start a new career, we want to hear from you. Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person. Spanish-speaking is preferred, but not required. What You'll Do Assist customers throughout the vehicle-shopping and purchasing process Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in customers Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers Consistently follow up with leads and unsold customers Generate repeat and referral business Use our CRM system to document customer activity and manage follow-up Maintain current knowledge of Volkswagen products, features, incentives, and available inventory Work closely with sales management to structure and complete vehicle transactions Meet individual and dealership sales objectives Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Participate in ongoing product and sales training What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Positive and professional attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person Willingness to make outbound calls and proactively generate business Ability to consistently follow up with customers Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to learn dealership technology and CRM systems Automotive or retail sales experience is preferred, but not required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required Why Volkswagen of Clovis?
