This role is the front line of that mission. About the Role This is an entry-level position focused on starting conversations and setting appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants. You are not required to close deals — your success comes from engaging homeowners, educating them on solar options, and scheduling qualified consultations. No prior solar experience is required. We provide full training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path for growth.
