Los Angeles, CA | OnSite | Monday-Friday We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to support a Sales Manager and drive seamless execution of the sales process from ideation through final delivery. This is a highvisibility, inhouse role ideal for a detailoriented sales support professional who thrives in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment. Position Overview The Senior Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and coordination across all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing teams while maintaining professional relationships with retail customers. Key Responsibilities Provide endtoend sales operations support for a Sales Manager and sales team Manage and track new product development timelines and deliverables Coordinate closely with crossfunctional teams , including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing Prepare, process, and manage sales quotations using Oracle Monitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partners QualificationsRequirements Onsite position ; must be able to commute to Los Angeles daily (Monday-Friday) 3+ years of inside sales support or sales operations experience College degree preferred Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills Strong customerfacing presence; comfortable working with retail customers Proficient in Microsoft Office , including Outlook and Excel Intermediate Excel skills , including formulas and data handling Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) Why This Role?
