Sales and Design Representative Hero Industries Corona, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $21 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Customer communication Computer literacy Full Job Description Hero Industries Sales Representative Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to support and grow our custom product sales, specializing in custom coins and custom plush. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the design and ordering process, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive outreach. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed sales goals while delivering an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients interested in custom coins, custom plush, and other promotional products. Consult with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and guide them through design concepts and customization options. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop proofs, revisions, and final approvals to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and follow up on quotes, invoices, and order documentation to ensure smooth order processing. Actively upsell quantity upgrades and premium product options to maximize order value. Cross-sell additional products and services offered by the company to meet broader customer needs. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-up. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, repeat business, and lead development. Maintain accurate sales notes and customer information in CRM or internal systems. Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, production timelines, and industry trends. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations. Must be open to travel for local in state and out of state locations for trade shows on occasion. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service (custom products or promotional industry experience is a plus). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to confidently present products and recommend solutions based on customer needs. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple client projects at once. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding new opportunities and closing sales. Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly. Preferred Skills Experience selling custom or branded merchandise. Familiarity with design approval processes, product proofs, and vendor coordination. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
