An Inside Sales Representative represents and sells products or services on behalf of a company, selling primarily through phone or email contacts. Recruits new customers, presents information to demonstrate product value and persuade buyers, negotiates prices, confirms sales agreements, and works to meet company sales goals.

Strong English required; Japanese is a plus, but not required Position Summary We are seeking an organized and motivated Inside Sales / Sales Support professional to support day-to-day sales operations and customer service activities. This position works closely with customers, suppliers, sales representatives, warehouses, and logistics partners. Prior industry experience is helpful but not required. Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Support customers and sales representatives with orders, pricing, delivery status, and general inquiries Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation Communicate with customers, suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and transportation companies Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems Prepare basic reports using Excel and other business software Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and other sales administrative tasks Support the sales team with general coordination and special projects Qualifications Strong written and verbal English communication skills required Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good customer service and communication skills Ability to learn new systems and procedures Previous inside sales, customer service, sales support, or administrative experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates will also be considered Japanese language ability is a plus, but not required Experience in manufacturing, trading, logistics, or industrial products is a plus Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in building a long-term career in sales. Initially, this person will gain experience through inside sales and sales support, learning the company's products, customers, sales processes, and daily operations.
