ABOUT THE ROLE

At Lending River, we're on a mission to help people find their way out of debt — and we're growing fast. Our Costa Mesa office is expanding and we're looking for a driven inside sales representative to join a team that genuinely believes in what we do. In this role, you'll be speaking with individuals who have already expressed interest in our services — no cold calling. You'll help them understand their options, answer their questions, and guide them through the first steps of a real debt solution. It's a fast-paced, people-focused position with strong earning potential and a clear path for growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Engage with warm inbound leads who have already expressed interest in our debt relief services
• Educate clients on their debt resolution options in a clear, empathetic way
• Guide prospects through enrollment and set them up for success with our team
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a collaborative environment
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to team culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1-3+ years of inside sales experience (financial services, debt, lending, or similar a plus)
• Strong communication skills — you're natural on the phone and easy to talk to
• Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a team-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• A genuine desire to help people — you take pride in doing right by clients
