Hourly pay+commissions About the Role LIULI Crystal Art is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive gallery sales, develop customer and VIP relationships, and support daily gallery operations. This role represents LIULI's artistry, craftsmanship, culture, and brand values while delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. Key Responsibilities Sales, Customer Experience & VIP Management- Drive individual and gallery sales through personalized service, clienteling, and relationship building.
- Present the artistic stories, symbolism, craftsmanship, and cultural meaning behind LIULI artworks.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, VIP clients, collectors, and corporate clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database, including purchase history, preferences, and follow-up opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, special orders, delivery arrangements, and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer follow-up records. Gallery Management & Operations
- Support the Gallery Manager with daily operations, sales performance, staff coordination, and floor coverage.
- Assist with team training on product knowledge, artwork storytelling, selling techniques, and customer service.
- Maintain LIULI visual merchandising and gallery presentation standards.
- Support inventory receiving, replenishment, transfers, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
- Process transactions, customer orders, shipping, pickup, and delivery arrangements.
- Help safeguard merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional gallery environment. Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, especially in luxury retail, fine art, jewelry, home décor, galleries, or premium gifting.
- Experience in clienteling, VIP customer relationship management, or team leadership preferred.
- Strong sales, customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in art, culture, design, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to take initiative and support management when needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or POS systems is a plus.
- Mandarin or another additional language is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends as part of the regular work schedule.
- Must be available to work holidays, special events, and extended retail hours as business needs require. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to safely handle, package, and display delicate artworks.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise or display materials weighing approximately 20-50 lbs.
